About Us

Built by Operators. Designed for Agencies.

Aragon Holdings was founded by people who have built, bought, and scaled agencies—and know what it actually takes to get them to the next level.

    Our Story

    Why Aragon Holdings Exists

Aragon Holdings grew out of firsthand experience—building agencies, acquiring them, integrating teams, and navigating the operational realities that come with growth.

Along the way, we saw the same pattern repeatedly: profitable, founder-led agencies with real potential but limited paths forward. Most founders were presented with two options—sell to private equity and watch their business get optimized for a flip, or keep grinding alone without the infrastructure to scale.

We started Aragon to offer something different. Not a passive investor. Not a short-term holder. An operating partner with the systems, experience, and long-term commitment to help agencies reach revenue levels they couldn't hit on their own.

We acquire businesses we believe in and invest in making them stronger—better operations, better technology, better positioning. Sometimes that means evolving leadership. Always it means building for durability, not a quick exit.

    How We Operate

    Operators, Not Observers

We don't acquire agencies and watch from the sidelines. We get involved.

Aragon brings operational infrastructure, proven systems, and hands-on experience to every business in our portfolio. We focus on the things that unlock growth: streamlined delivery, stronger positioning, modern technology, and leadership that can scale.

We're not trying to preserve businesses in amber. We're trying to build them into something more valuable, more resilient, and more capable of competing at higher levels.

That requires change. We're direct about that. But we're also patient—we own for the long term, which means we can make decisions based on what's right for the business, not what looks good for a twelve-month exit.

    The People Behind Aragon

Aragon is led by operators who've built and scaled agencies themselves. Here's who you'll be working with.

    Tristan Pelligrino

    Tristan Pelligrino

    Partner

Tristan started his career in management consulting at PwC, IBM, and Oracle before realizing he'd rather build things than advise on them. He co-founded 522 Productions, where he ran sales, marketing, operations, finance, and HR—basically everything that makes an agency work or break. He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and brings both strategic rigor and operational reality to how Aragon evaluates and grows agencies.

    Justin Brown

    Justin Brown

    Partner

Justin has spent his career building and scaling B2B marketing agencies. He's the co-founder of Marketers in Demand and co-owner of a portfolio of agencies including New North, Motion, and Spoke—all focused on helping small marketing teams punch above their weight. He brings an operator's perspective to every acquisition conversation—because he's lived the challenges founders face.
